- Future vision: An excellent leader needs to have a clear future vision, and be able to communicate the vision to the team in a timely manner so that everyone can understand it.
- Influence: The essence of leadership is to influence others. A good leader knows how to influence and motivate his team so that everyone wants to follow and work together to achieve goals.
- Build trust: Leadership cannot function without trust. Leaders need to demonstrate their integrity and reliability to earn the trust of team members and partners.
- Decision-making skills: Leaders need to make decisions in complex and uncertain situations. They need to have good judgment and be able to make the best decisions based on the information available and their intuition.
